What gets recorded, and why
Wording in force since November 2026, drafted under Brazilian Law No. 13.709/2018 (LGPD).
This page sets out plainly what happens to personal information connected with thelistenedweek.com. This page has no accounts, no shopping cart and no members area. Even so, a visit and a message leave traces, and you are entitled to know what they are.
We, the factory, answer for it
The controller is Indústria de Móveis Lustro LTDA, CNPJ 88.887.195/0001-84, based at Rua Antônio Sobrinho, 35, Mato Queimado, Gramado, RS, CEP 95670-000, Brazil. The company itself acts as data protection officer, reachable at contato@thelistenedweek.com.
We hold only what reaches us
Information comes in through two doors. One is your own message: when you write or call, we keep your name, your email or calling number and whatever you choose to tell us, photos and measurements included. The other is technical: the service hosting this page briefly logs the IP address, browser, date and path requested, as any web server does.
The typefaces on this page are fetched from Google Fonts servers, and to deliver them they receive the visitor IP. We set no cookies of our own, run no behavioural advertising tools and have no form that stores anything by itself.
We use it to talk with you and keep the page running
- To reply to your question and, if you ask, draw up a quote, which the law treats as steps taken before a contract.
- To keep the page stable, secure and free of abuse, on the basis of legitimate interest weighed against your rights.
- To meet tax and legal duties if a conversation turns into a sale and records must be kept.
We never sell or rent contact lists, and your message is not used for anything you did not ask for.
We share as little as possible, only where needed
The page host, the service delivering email for the domain and Google Fonts each have technical access to part of this data, within their own role. Beyond them, information goes to a public authority only under a court order or legal duty. Some of these providers may process data outside Brazil, under safeguards the law allows.
Links pointing to other websites are governed by the rules of the site you land on, not these.
We keep it for as long as it is useful
Messages stay with us while a conversation is open and afterwards for whatever period tax or civil law demands, should a sale take place. Server logs are discarded by the provider itself on short cycles. Every visit travels through an encrypted link, and access to messages is limited to the people handling replies.
We act on your requests about what is yours
Article 18 of the LGPD hands you a set of requests, which we handle free of charge:
- find out whether any of your data has passed through here and see a copy;
- fix details that are wrong, stale or only half there;
- ask that surplus details be anonymised, frozen or wiped;
- move your records over to a different company when the regulations allow;
- learn which companies receive anything from us and what refusing consent would change;
- take back consent you gave earlier, if that was the ground we relied on.
One email to contato@thelistenedweek.com stating your request is enough. Our answer goes back within 15 business days at most. If it does not settle things, Brazil's National Data Protection Authority takes complaints at gov.br/anpd.
If these lines change, we swap the text right here and move the date at the top.
